MR OWOLABI SAMUEL

CHAIRMAN

Mr Samuel Owolabi is an astute Administrator and Business Manager with decades of experience spanning Oil & Gas industry, Manufacturing industry and Supply chain operations. With experience in Shell Petroleum BP, Lever Brothers Nigeria (Unilever) and a few indigenous organizations in Nigeria, he brings to the Board very broad experience from both the multinational dimensions and working with start-ups.

Mr Samuel Owolabi is an alumnus of the prestigious Cambridge University in the United Kingdom where he bagged a degree in Mathematics. He has in his kitty many Leadership and Management certifications both locally and internationally. He enjoys mentoring and coaching individuals and teams to bring forth their best potentials.

AKINLOYE OLADAPO

Oladapo held various HR, Sales and Business leadership positions in top multinational organizations. He is an Associate of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria, Nigeria Institute of Training & Development, Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM), Institute of Business Management & Policy Development Nigeria, Learning & Development Institute, Nigeria and Project Management Institute (PMI).

Oladapo led various projects in Organization & Human Resources, Sales Strategy Design to Execution, and Project Management, Organizational Coaching and Mentoring.

An alumnus of Senior Management Program (SMP) at Lagos Business School (LBS), Action Learning MBA at Business School Netherlands, with backgrounds in Communication and Public Relations. He has vast working experience across the Nigerian market, with international hands on exposures to Kenya, UK and France.

Oladapo won numerous academic and professional awards. He was HR Manager for the Year 2016 (HR People Magazine Awards) and authored a book titled Management FastTrack, published in September 2016. He currently sits on the Governing Council of the Lagos Business School Alumni Association and Alumni Board of Business School, Netherlands.

ADEBAYO OLABISI

DIRECTOR, STRATEGY

Adebayo Olabisi is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the Institute of Financial Accountants of England.

Adebayo has cognate experience in Banking, Project management and the Financial Services industry both in Nigeria and the UK. His core skills are Risk Management, Business Analysis and Business Strategy. He is versatile in cross functional team leadership.

Adebayo obtained his first degree in Business Administration from the University of Lagos, finishing with various awards. He also bagged a Master Degree in Project Management from the Salford Business School, UK.

OLUFUNKE AKINLOYE

DIRECTOR, CLIENT SERVICES

Olufunke brings on board almost two decades of experience driving strategic brand growth, visibility and marketing communications for leading brands in FMCG, Social Enterprise, Banking, Telecommunications etc.

She has the rare opportunity of working in traditional advertising, manufacturing and digital marketing industries hence her vast experience in Brand Management, Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing, Research, PR& Capacity Building.

Highly passionate, persuasive, articulate & result oriented, she has grown many major brands from new product launch to award winning brands, while appropriately managing the budget to deliver on objectives. She loves to mentor and grow talent. She is a Volunteer Facilitators of ‘Ready Set Work’ initiative of the Lagos State Ministry of Education.

Olufunke has a Master’s degree in Business Administration, she is a certified Google Search Marketing user and she belongs to both local and international professional bodies such as CIM, APCON, AAAN, NIM among others.
